With a range of 23 models of brazed plate exchangers, SDK Group meets all needs, whether in the refrigeration sector (evaporation and condensation of refrigerant gas from 3 to 3000 Kw) or in the thermo-hydraulic sector for all heating, air conditioning and ACS applications.
The materials used for the production of SDK Group exchangers are of the highest quality and built in compliance with the European P.E.D. directive.
Brazed plate heat exchangers
BPHE
The main applications of our brazed plate heat exchangers are the evaporation and condensation of refrigerant gases in air conditioning and refrigeration systems and the production of hot water for heat pumps. The refrigerants that can be used are all HCFCs, HFCs and others, unless they are compatible with the construction materials.
The material of the exchange plates is AISI 316L, the connections are in AISI 304L and the brazing is in 99.99% pure copper

Oil BPHE with flanged connections
The main applications of our brazed plate heat exchangers with SAE flanged connections are the heat exchange between two highly viscous fluids, mainly oil.
The plate configuration gives the exchanger low pressure drops suitable for various industrial applications.
The available models are S182, S82 and S16
